Why is Prince Harry heading to the High Court?

Prince Harry is one of four people who said that the Mirror Group newspapers hacked into their voice mail. This is one of several cases in which the Duke of Sussex is currently involved in British tabloids.

He is the first modern day royal to testify and be cross-examined in a British court.
