Gross NG loans decreased by 59.7% in March

Gross borrowing by the national government fell 59.7% to 237.6 billion pesos in March from 589.88 billion pesos a year earlier, data from the Bureau of the Treasury showed. Domestic borrowing made up the bulk of 146.04 billion pesos, according to the Treasury’s cash transactions report, significantly lower than 458.56 billion pesos a year earlier.
