The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), together with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), has embarked on the latest foreign-assisted project, Value Chain Innovation for Sustainable Transformation in Agrarian Reform Communities (Vista), which will help strengthen livelihoods.
