Malaysia conglomerate to sell budget carrier to AirAsia X

SEPANG, Malaysia: Malaysia conglomerate Capital A said Monday it plans to sell its budget airline AirAsia to its medium-haul affiliate AirAsia X in a bid to streamline operations.
