Stephen Tager: A celebration of the life of the paramedic killed at McDonald’s

A life celebration ceremony will be held in honor of a paramedic whose life was taken in the line of duty.

Stephen Tager was taking a lunch break at Campbelltown McDonald’s when he was allegedly stabbed to death in an ambulance on April 14.

His shocking death shocked emergency services and medical facilities, which flooded social media with tributes to his beloved colleague.

Relatives and fellow paramedics will begin enrolling at the University of Wollongong just after 10:00 a.m., with the official ceremony starting at 11:00 a.m.
