8:30 AM: Durable Goods Orders for January from the Census Bureau. The consensus is for a 4.0% decline in durable goods orders.

10:00 AM: Index of pending home sales for January. The consensus is to increase the index by 1.0%.

10:30: Dallas Fed Operations Review for February.

9:00 AM: FHFA House Price Index for December 2022. Initially, these were repeat sales only on the GSE, however, there is also an extended index.

9:00 AM: S&P/Case-Shiller House Price Index for December.

This chart shows the change in the Case-Shiller National, Composite 10 and Composite 20 indices from last year according to the latest report (Composite 20 was launched in January 2000).

The consensus is for the Comp 20 to rise 6.0% year-on-year in December from 6.8% in November.

10:00 AM: Richmond Fed Operations Overview for February.

7:00 am ET: Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) to release results mortgage bid index.

10:00 AM: ISM manufacturing index for January. The general consensus is that ISM should be at 48.0 compared to 47.4 in January.

10:00 AM: Construction costs for December. The consensus is to increase construction spending by 0.2%.

8:30 am: initial weekly jobless claims the report will be published. The consensus concerns 197,000 initial claims, up from 192,000 last week.

All day: Sale of cars for February. Passenger car sales are generally expected to be 15.0 million SAAR in February compared to 15.7 million in January (seasonally adjusted annualized).
