Willie reportedly failed to comply with court orders several times, continuing to post a series of defamatory videos, photos and comments about the building and the board on social media, including posts accusing board members of deliberately trying to harm him.

In June 2022, Willy was given a “final warning” by the condominium board’s legal counsel, giving him two days to delete social media posts related to his dispute with the board.

“Mr. Willie says the board of directors is trying to poison him or kill him by refusing to fix problems with the electrical panel under his apartment. These problems don’t exist,” Board President John Di Nino said in a sworn letter, CTV Toronto reported. .
