The CharaChorder X was developed by the keyboard brand as a new aftermarket accessory for professionals and typists who can use them as a way to speed up their typing abilities.

The device works if a wired keyboard is connected to it before connecting to a computer; a USB peripheral will allow users to immediately take advantage of shorthand.
