Pascal admits that The Mandalorian exceeded expectations. “But it’s also not surprising,” Pascal said during a press conference in Los Angeles with the show’s co-creators.

“Because it was very clear to me that Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni knew what they were doing and put their whole heart into it. As well as hundreds of employees, actors and everyone who participated in the show.

“So it’s because of that kind of dedication that people get to see such a great show.” Pascal said.

Compare on social media The Mandalorian And Last of us — in which Joel (played by Pascal) accompanies Ellie (Bella Ramsey) through a dystopian nightmare — gained traction.

Pascal said: “The image of protector and protector, father and child, parent and child is nothing new to any of us. So I think both shows come from other sources in the most beautiful way and then bring their own originality to them.”

Pascal added: “It seems to me that if Grog and Ellie meet, they will leave me,” he breaks down. “And say, ‘Bye bye, best friends.'”

The Mandalorian Season 3 is already streaming on Disney+.
