Patients, civilians, staff evacuate Gaza’s Al Shifa hospital

Hundreds of people were evacuating Al Shifa hospital in Gaza on Saturday amid conflicting claims over whether or not Israeli forces ordered a clearance of the medical compound. The hospital director and a journalist on the ground said the Israeli military ordered patients, displaced people and staff to leave, which Israel denies. The evacuation comes amid reports of an Israeli strike on a residential building in the southern Gaza’s Khan Younis, FRANCE 24’s James André reports from Tel Aviv.
