Royal author Omid Scobie’s new book puts Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in a “difficult position” after the alleged royal racists were name-dropped, according to Daily Mirror royal editor Russell Myers.
The Dutch copy of Endgame featured the names of the two senior members of the British Royal Family who allegedly questioned how dark Harry and Meghan’s first child’s skin would be.
Mr Myers said it’s possible Prince Harry was trying to garner a new relationship with his father before this book’s release.
“This whole saga started when Meghan Markle made those allegations to Oprah Winfrey and regardless, have been changing their story,” he told Sky News host Caroline Di Russo.
“Whether it was allegations of racism or unconscious bias – that that was the foundation for where we find ourselves today.”
