New pandemic lows for deaths and hospitalizations

Due to changes to the CDC, the weekly cases are no longer updated.
After the first few weeks, the pandemic low in weekly deaths was the week of July 7, 2021, when there were 1690 deaths (until recently).
For COVID hospital admissions, the previous low was 9,821 (as early as four weeks ago).
