New book ‘Elizabeth: An Intimate Portrait’ reveals late queen may have had cancer

TalkTV Royal editor Sarah Hewson says Giles Brandreth’s new book “Elizabeth: An Intimate Portrait” has revealed that Queen Elizabeth II may have been suffering from cancer in her later years.

The late queen suffered from myeloma, a form of bone marrow cancer that may explain the “fatigue and mobility problems” she suffered from.

“For a long time there were rumors that she was suffering from cancer – they were often denied – it was suggested that she had problems with blood circulation.

“But we will never know because her death certificate says she died of old age.”
