Netanyahu and Trump both share ‘complete disdain’ for democracy

The Guardian journalist Jonathan Friedland says Benjamin Netanyahu and Donald Trump can be compared in the sense that they are both “total disregard” for democratic norms.

Mr. Netanyahu is in some ways “much more” dangerous than Mr. Trump because Israel is allowing the prime minister to concentrate all power in “their own hands,” Mr. Friedland told Sky News Australia anchor Piers Morgan.
