Rugby Australia is investigating an “unprecedented” number of Wallaby injuries as part of its end-of-season review as Dave Rennie’s side limps in their final match against Wales on Saturday.

Seven Wallabies have been ruled out of the Cardiff clash and hardy flanker Michael Hooper has failed a concussion test and should follow six already sent home after a crushing loss to Ireland.
