March snow turns west Texas into a winter wonderland

Snow blew through parts of western and southern Texas on Saturday, March 18 as the area’s winter weather held on and created treacherous road conditions. Footage posted to Instagram shows snow covered the city of Alpine in western Texas on Saturday morning.
