Head Coach Ole Miss Lane Kiffin He has reportedly been a prime candidate for an open coaching position at the Auburn over the past few weeks.
Thursday night, after Ole Miss lost 24-22 to MississippiA reporter asked Kiffin if he expected to become Ole Miss head coach for the 2023 season if Auburn offered him a coaching position.
“Yes,” said Kiffin.

WCBI News in Mississippi reported Monday night that Kiffin would be the Auburn’s next head coach after stepping down as Ole Miss head coach on Friday.

Kiffin released the report on Twitter, addressing him at the post-match press conference and contacting the reporter who released the report.
