Japan beat Italy to advance to World Baseball Classic semi-finals

Okamoto hit a home run and drove five runs to support Otani as Japan advanced to the WBC semi-finals for the fifth consecutive time, defeating Italy 9-3 in front of a crowd of 41,723 at the Tokyo Dome on Thursday.
