ISOC Land to hand over pre-sold properties in Q2
PRIVATE REALTOR ISOC Land Inc. announced last Wednesday that the turnover of pre-sold apartments in one of the six mid-rise vertical residential buildings under the 2 hectare mixed-use project will begin next month.
Located along the main street Dr. Arcadio Santos Avenue in Parañaque City is the first mid-income residential condominium project in the country to be registered with the US Green Building Council.
In an online interview, ISOC Land Vice President and Head of Business Unit May V. Lopez told BusinessMirror that there is a total inventory of 1,260 units in the initial phase of the project called “I-Land Residences Sucat”.
According to Lopez, the Lime Tower (building 1) has 308 apartments, the Olive Tower (building 2) has 476 apartments, and the Wise Man’s Tower (building 3) has 476 apartments.
Lopez said the Lime Tower, which is 83 percent complete, is 85 percent sold. The Olive Tower is 80% sold and the Wise Man’s Tower is 20% sold, she added.
The company’s recent shutdown demonstrates the company’s “commitment and ability to deliver on its ‘home of the future’ promise to our customers and homeowners despite the ongoing challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic,” said Jess Chua Jr., team leader. President of ISOC Holdings Inc., the parent company of ISOC Land.
“We plan to begin handing over housing to residents and owners by the second quarter of the year,” Chua said during a completion ceremony held in the first week of March.
To date, the developer has already received massive acceptance and absorption in all three apartments.
Lopez said that in just over three years since the project launched in February 2020, “and during the pandemic, we’ve had a huge positive response in the three residential towers we’ve opened to buyers.”
“We take this as an encouraging indication that Filipino home seekers appreciate the unique sustainable lifestyle value proposition we offer and that Filipino families are more than ready to transition into a green revolution in everyday life,” she added.
The vertical community boasts 60 percent greenery and open spaces. It includes water and energy saving features that make sustainability a daily lifestyle for residents and homeowners.
The overall design of the buildings also allows for maximum natural light and ventilation to ensure the health and well-being of its occupants.
Due to its strategic location, it is close to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, the Makati Central Business District and other major commercial and supporting institutions.
I-Land Residences Sucat is the first offering from ISOC Land, an independent, mid-income, sustainable developer.
His projects include “I-Land Bay Plaza”, a 12-story green office building pursuing LEED Silver certification located along Diosdado Macapagal Avenue in Pasay City.
