As for the article that mentions the recent layoffs of Air Force commanders, I am very sorry to report that you have received incorrect information about this particular incident.

Two-Star General… at Barksdale AFB; … they were relieved to have had nothing to do with objecting or insubordination to the President. Let’s just say it has to do with the ability of this unit to carry out a mission that only the President can order.

You know, I’ve been a longtime reader and fondly remember shaking your hand in Philadelphia in 2013, so I feel compelled to correct the entry when the subject comes up so close to home.
