“I heard about [White’s comments]. Was that two or three years ago? I don’t know dude. Talk to Dana. I remember that Tom Brady went to Tampa Bay. This is basically what I remember. I have no idea. Dana has stories.”

Gruden was named head coach of the Raiders for his time as a quarterback on the team in 2018. Derek Carr under the center. Carr became a free agent after the Raiders released him last week.
But Gruden resigned last year amid a scandal in which leaked emails showed he used misogynistic and homophobic language in messages over a seven-year period.

Waller was named to the 2020 Pro Bowl and signed a three-year, $51 million extension last year.
When it comes to who the Raiders’ next quarterback is, he said he has no say in the decision.

“I have no information. So I’m waiting to see what happens, like everyone else,” he said.
But Waller would be all for getting four-time MVP Aaron Rodgers this offseason.
“Anyone who has ever played football would agree with Aaron Rodgers joining the team,” he said. “If he comes to the team, I won’t be disappointed.”
