Chili cooking will take place in Milford on Saturday for the benefit of first responders.

On Saturday, the Milford Masonic Lodge and the American Legion of Milford Unveil a Chili Chef to Help Rescuers. be the “All-Cincinnati Athletic Three” as a few Cincinnati badges will aid in chili scoring. Former Redskin Tom Browning and former Bengalis Dave Fulcher and Robert Jackson will join the jury for the Third Annual Relief Charity Action. Also on the jury will be Trevor Phillips of FC Cincinnati, Mike Castrucci and Milford Mayor Lisa Evans. starts at 16:00 and the public will be served from 17:00 to 22:00. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children aged 6-12. Admission is free for children under six, and more than $10,000 will be raffled off in a silent auction and door-to-door prizes. All proceeds from the draw will be donated to those who respond first, and trophies will be awarded to those who place first, second, and third in chili making.

On Saturday, the Milford Masonic Lodge and the Milford American Legion introduce a chili cook to help rescuers.

The event will take place at the American Legion in Milford, 111 Victor Stier Drive and will run from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

The event will be a “sporting triumph for all of Cincinnati” as several Cincinnati icons will assist in judging the chili. Former Redskin Tom Browning and former Bengalis Dave Fulcher and Robert Jackson will join the jury for the Third Annual Rescue Aid Program.

Also on the judging panel will be FC Cincinnati’s Trevor Phillips, Mike Castrucci and Milford Mayor Lisa Evans.

Judging will begin at 4:00 pm and the public will be served from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children aged 6 to 12. Children under six years old will go free.

In addition, over $10,000 will be raffled off in a silent auction and prizes from the door. All proceeds from the draw will be donated to the first responders.
