Celeste Barber hosts F45 class for Netflix Wellmania launch amid health club chain troubles

F45 has announced a huge collaboration with Celeste Barber as the fitness club chain struggles with financial issues.

The Australian fitness workout brand is teaming up with the comedian ahead of the release of her new Netflix series. wellmaniapremiere March 29th.

For those unaware of the upcoming TV show, it stars Celeste as Australian food writer Liv Healy living in New York City before a health crisis sends her back to Sydney in her pursuit of physical and mental health.

To celebrate, F45 is launching a “recreational workout” inspired by the series, which it says is unlike anything the fitness brand has offered before.

In a workout promo video that will be available at participating F45 studios worldwide (in countries where Netflix is ​​available) for one day on March 29, Celeste explains what exercise enthusiasts can expect.

With a pair of pink dumbbells, colorful cycling shorts, an oversized orange t-shirt and red Converse shoes, Celeste is ordered to do the “next exercise” by F45 Training Ambassador Morgan Mitchell.

While we don’t see Celeste being tested in promos, F45 said the pair take to iconic screens in studios to showcase the exercises.

“This activity was designed to combine the best of HIIT training with elements of healing, breathing, meditation – and lots of laughter to help you get through burpees.”

Killingsworth added: “We encourage all fitness enthusiasts around the world – regardless of fitness level – to take the first step towards wellness and join us at the F45 studios on March 29 for a unique session.”
