More than 3.2 million Calico Critters toys that were sold with a baby bottle and pacifier accessories are being recalled because they pose a serious choking hazard to young children. The Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Thursday.

Epoch Everlasting Play, based in Pine Brook, New Jersey, manufactures the products. The company said it was aware of three incidents involving the pacifier accessory, including two deaths.

According to the CPSC, one death occurred with a 2-year-old child in 2018 in New Mexico, and another death occurred with a 9-month-old child in 2015 in Japan.

The CPSC has recalled more than 3.2 million Calico Critters figurines and animal sets sold with a baby bottle and pacifier following the death of an infant and toddler due to suffocation.

This review applies to all Calico Critters pack animal figures and sets sold with bottle and pacifier accessories. Bottle accessories were sold in yellow, pink, blue and orange.

One bottle style has two yellow handles. Pacifier accessories were sold in yellow, orange, pink, deep pink, blue, and teal.

Sets priced between $10 and $80 were sold at Walmart.
