“Beware of politics” that promises everything: Matthew Guy

Victorian opposition leader Matthew Guy says that in life and even in politics we have to make “tough decisions” and his priority is fixing Victoria’s healthcare system.

“So yes, I’m going to take all the government’s allocated money from Box Hill to the Cheltenham tube line,” he told Sky News People’s Forum.

“And I will invest all this in health, which means I can’t do one thing, but I’ll fix the other.

“Because it’s about choices and governments have to make hard choices… fixing the healthcare system is a priority for me.”

Mr Guy said Victorians can’t have everything “and beware of politicians who tell you you can”.
